Job Description
Night Monitor will perform night monitoring of Transitional Living Centers to ensure safety and security of clients and building. Responsibilities include rounds, head counts, documentation, and crisis intervention.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in behavioral health
  • 2 years experience in related field preferred
  • Knowledge of principles and techniques of basic counseling skills, crisis intervention, and documentation
  • Understanding of physical, psychological, social, and economic effects of substance abuse, homelessness, medical, and mental health disorders
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid CT driver's license
