Role OverviewThe Night Porter is responsible for fulfilling assigned housekeeping and maintenance duties in the community's general area, during the night shift. The position is full time with 4x 8-hour shifts and includes weekends. The Night Porter will maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition, including empty apartments, common areas, and outside spaces.
What You Will Do
Operate floor cleaning machines, clean hard surfaces and carpets, maintain all assigned areas, wash, sanitize, dust, polish, vacuum, mop, and sweep all areas of the establishment, report repair requests or safety hazards, perform routine building maintenance rounds, and build positive relationships with residents.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting (hotels)
- Prior maintenance experience and general maintenance skillset
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their uses, as well as cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
