We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our janitorial teams and ensure our clients' facilities are maintained to perfection.

Requirements

  • Supervise and train cleaning staff on nightly janitorial tasks and equipment use.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all cleaning scopes are met.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure the team has what they need.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and proper chemical handling.
  • Bridge communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members.
