Role OverviewThe Night Case Up Supervisor oversees all aspects of the case up department on the night shift, coordinates with other departments, and provides the office with case up and upcoming shipment information. This position reports to the Plant Manager.
What You Will Do
Develops and implements shift assignments, manages case up to achieve optimum labor goals, and ensures the case up lines have all resources needed to carry out production goals.

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 5+ years of experience in the Alaska seafood industry, preferably with multiple species of fish
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse group of employees
- Ability to multi-task and effective use of time management
- Ability to work long hours, seven days a week during peak season
- Ability and willingness to work in Kodiak, AK year-round
- Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position and is required
