Role OverviewThe Night Shift Manager oversees and directs the backshift production and maintenance efforts at two quarries, prioritizing safety and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role involves planning daily operations, managing employee relations, and monitoring processes and materials. The Night Shift Manager must be able to work in a quarry environment, tolerating loud noise and various weather conditions.
What You Will Do
The Night Shift Manager will promote safety, organize and plan production, manage employee relations, monitor processes and materials, maintain compliance, and inspect equipment and perform repairs. This role requires strong leadership, training, and supervision to support the operational function of the business.

Requirements

- Mechanical knowledge of maintaining Crushers, Screens, Washers, and Conveyors
- Interpersonal skills to form strong social relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external audiences
