As a Night Shift Mechanic, you'll perform heavy and minor repairs on semi-tractors and pneumatic and oil tanker trailers, maintain shop cleanliness and parts inventory, and implement a preventative maintenance program for a fleet of tractors and trailers. Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of Diesel Mechanic Experience
  • Experience with a variety of trucks
  • Experience with crude and pneumatic trailers
  • Confidence in repairing suspensions, rear ends, transmissions, air brake systems, minor engine work, and more
  • Class A CDL a plus, but not required
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English and follow written and/or verbal instructions
  • Knowledge and experience using computerized maintenance programs
  • Effective interfacing with internal leadership, direct reports, external vendors, and other team members
  • Self-starter capable of working independently, in line with company goals, strategies, and policies
