Requirements

  • Phosphate coating & abrasive blasting
  • Blow out all tubing & ensure clean ID’s
  • Apply paint stencils
  • Drifting & applying preservatives
  • Apply thread protectors
  • Operate horizontal & vertical swage press, stress relief unit & saw.
