Role OverviewThe Night Shift Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring and identifying critical control points within processes, ensuring food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process, and documenting all relevant record logs.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring processes, identifying non-conformances, ensuring employees follow food safety and worker safety practices, and collecting product samples for the Quality lab.
