Role OverviewThis position will work with breeder servicemen and supervise and monitor hatchery production, egg pickup, inventory, and egg breakout at the lowest possible cost. The position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, directing the workforce, and overseeing a safe working environment.
What You Will Do
Maintain accurate records, direct the workforce, monitor safety rules and regulations, set schedule, observe all Bio-Security programs, and oversee the production of healthy baby chicks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have two years' experience in a processing or manufacturing environment, knowledge of hatchery of baby chicks, previous supervisory experience, self-motivation, and detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
