Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

High Country Beverage Corp

Job Description
Role Overview

We're hiring a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead the order selection team at our Johnstown facility. This is a leadership role that runs from the floor, not a desk. Nights are where the next day gets built — every route that leaves our Johnstown warehouse in the morning is picked, staged, and loaded on your shift, and you run it.

What You Will Do

Leading the Shift: Run the shift-start huddle and lead the night Order Selector team through picking, staging, and nightly production goals. Running Your Own Building: Nights run with fewer people in the building and no one looking over your shoulder. You make the real-time staffing and production calls on your shift within defined limits.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You set the pace, watch accuracy and cases per hour, keep equipment ready, and hand the building over ready for the morning. The schedule is steady: Sunday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday off, with your days free for family, school, or whatever you’re building outside of work.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a warehouse lead, shift supervisor, military team lead, or equivalent operational leadership experience; DSD or beverage distribution experience a plus.
  • Able to work a consistent overnight schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Comfortable operating an electric pallet jack and forklift (certification provided if needed).
  • Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for a full shift; lift 30-pound cases repetitively; and occasionally handle kegs weighing up to 160 pounds.

Benefits

  • Bi-weekly pay, plus on-demand pay available through Paylocity.
  • Up to 20 days of paid time off in your first year.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) with company match.
  • Free in-house forklift and pallet jack certification, completed on the clock.
  • Employee beverage discount and promotion from within (most of our warehouse leads and managers started on the floor).
