The Night Shift Plant Supervisor will accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. They will ensure products meet quality requirements through execution of quality procedures and regular quality checks/measures.

Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams in an operating environment
- Ability to instill teamwork, build trust and respect without relying solely on authority
- Good problem-solving skills following appropriate policies and procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in problem diagnosis and equipment repair
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with continuous flow plant operations and technologies
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
