Job Description

Ripple Effect is looking for an IT Project Manager with many years of experience in program or project management to support the National Library of Medicine (NLM) efforts to accelerate biomedical discovery and improve public health through data-powered research. The IT Project Manager will oversee all technical, operational, and administrative aspects of the program, including managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and serving as the primary liaison between NLM and contractor personnel.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, 12 years' experience, 4 years project management experience, 2 years of supervisory experience
Basic Requirements: Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary IT programs, Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and contract compliance, Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, contract compliance, and reporting standards, Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project)
Skills That Set You Apart: Experience supporting NIH, and especially NLM, Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, biomedical informatics, or data science environments, PMP or equivalent project management certification
