The NMS ServiceNow Designer will support a key program, providing expert knowledge of network management systems, operating systems, and commercial software.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience with a combination of work history and education
  • Current and active TS SCI with specific poly
  • Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2
  • At least 1 year of relevant ServiceNow experience
  • Experience working within concept, design, engineering, production, and sustainment phases of ServiceNow system development lifecycle
  • Experience with at least one of (Agile, Scrum, SDLC)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Service Now or other ITSM platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
