This role involves monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems, promptly responding to technical issues, and supporting our external customers with alarm and access control systems, ATMs, and camera surveillance.
What You Will Do
Monitor dashboards and ticketing systems, review alarm activity, respond to issues, remotely resolve issues, answer phones, and provide customer service. Troubleshoot ATMs, alarm calls, and camera surveillance, and perform daily status checks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, working towards or completed IT certification, 1-2 years of related experience, and excellent communication, time management, and computer skills.
Requirements

- Advanced computer skills, including Windows 7 troubleshooting, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, and MS Office
