Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or upscale hospitality environment within a front-of-house role
  • Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver gracious, personalized service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; poised and articulate under pressure
  • Comfortable using reservation platforms
  • Impeccable grooming and a composed, welcoming demeanor that reflects five-star standards
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage guest flow efficiently
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs
  • Works seamlessly with colleagues and leadership to ensure a cohesive guest experience
