Role Overview

As a Non-CDL Driver, you will provide safe and reliable transportation service by operating a school bus or other location-specific vehicle with a fixed or changing route. You will be responsible for the safety and well-being of students and passengers, and will be expected to exhibit the highest ethical best practices and personal integrity.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing safe transportation, reporting any accidents or incidents, following company policy, and maintaining a cooperative attitude with fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengers.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, all valid applicable state license and other required certifications to operate company vehicles
  • Must meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
  • Must satisfactorily complete and pass all training
  • Must practice defensive driving at all times and avoid vehicular and industrial accidents
