Job Description
Total Safety is looking for a Non-DOT Driver to join their safety conscious team. The Non-DOT Driver drives a commercial truck and a variety of trailers to pick up, haul and unload equipment and supplies to and from job sites and customer locations.
Requirements
Valid driver's license (non-CDL) from state of residence and valid proof of vehicle insurance
Good driving record and insurable for Total Safety vehicle insurance while driving company truck
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to pull, stage and load customer orders for delivery
Ability to perform basic cleaning and maintenance on vehicle and trailers and basic roadside repair in an emergency
Ability to read, write and comprehend English (operational, process, safety and quality instructions)
Ability to complete routine reports and shipping/delivery paperwork
Forklift experience preferred
