What You Will Do
Serve as the primary advisor for assigned clients, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations. Lead client meetings to discuss financial performance, process improvements, and strategic business decisions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and addressing any challenges or opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (accounting preferred) and 5+ years of pertinent experience
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading accounting teams.
- Leadership and talent development experience
- Experience with Xero, QuickBooks Online Accounting Software, Bill.com, and Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience with small to medium-sized businesses
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
