Role OverviewThe Non Profit Controller will oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to support the organization's mission, sustainability, and growth.

Responsibilities include financial management, budgeting and forecasting, grants management, audit and compliance, and financial planning and analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of progressive financial management experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, nonprofit accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with grant accounting and restricted-fund reporting is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems
- QuickBooks Online experience is preferred
