Role OverviewAs a Non-QM Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting complex non-qualified mortgage (Non-QM) loan applications.
What You Will Do
Review and analyze loan files, underwrite and approve or deny loan applications, communicate with stakeholders, and stay current with industry regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in underwriting Non-QM loans
- Strong knowledge and experience with Bank Statement, DSCR, and Asset Depletion products
- Experience Underwriting Non-QM roles within the last 6 months
- Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards related to Non-QM loans
