Job Description Summary: The North America Finance Manager will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and interpreting timely and accurate financial results, plans, and forecasts that comply with USGAAP and Company Policies. The role will also involve providing management accounting support to the Senior Finance Manager and NA Region, and assisting with optimization of business systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Relevant work experience working with Accounting teams in a ‘for profit’ company
  • Strong accounting and finance aptitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office environment
  • Ability to manipulate and consolidate large amounts of data
  • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations (including tax-related matters)
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • Ability to be a create, develop, implement new policies and procedures and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
