Lending Solutions powers the global lending market, providing solutions, data and services across the entire lending eco-system. The North American Head of WSO is the commercial lead of the Wall Street Office (WSO) businesses including software, services, and data, responsible for P&L, customer engagement, new product development, marketing, and overall business strategy.

What You Will Do

Define business vision/strategy to accelerate growth, pricing commercial opportunities, client engagement and management, and P&L regional management against targets. Develop and implement commercial strategies, handle budget and talent acquisition, and support successful client implementations and ongoing service metrics.

This role requires 15+ years of lending solutions experience with strong understanding of loan processing, CLO compliance, and data management. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, consultative, and relationship building abilities, and the ability to challenge the status quo and outline solutions for complex obstacles.

Requirements

• BA degree required; Masters preferred but not required with a solid academic record preferred
• Multi-lingual preferred, although not required
• 15+ years of lending solutions experience with an very strong understanding of loan processing, services processing, CLO compliance, loan syndication and the importance of data management and data quality throughout the loan trade life-cycle
• Experience in reviewing credit agreements or analyzing loan documentation
• Self-starter and high on initiative and problem solving
