North Carolina Regional Field Director

Requirements

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Field Organizers and Deputy Field Organizers.
• Meet aggressive, realistic goals for direct voter contact and volunteer recruitment, and coach and manage volunteers and organizers to hit capacity-building and voter contact goals.
• Build a streamlined system for managing phone call, text, and door campaigns, and manage high-energy, high-output phone banks, text banks, and canvasses.
• Maintain and execute rigorous and efficient volunteer systems, including daily recruitment, onboarding, training, and escalation.
• Develop relationships with local organizations and individuals in the assigned region to promote the goals of Blue Wave America.
• Build strong relationships with relational volunteers and volunteer event hosts, have strong 1:1s, and facilitate relational voter contact.
