Role OverviewThe Regional Business Class Leader provides strategic, operational, and people leadership for a designated Business Class across one or more HDR regions. This role ensures alignment with Operations, Business Group, and Cross-Sector strategies while driving collaboration, delivery excellence, staff development, and business growth.
What You Will Do
The Regional Environmental Business Class Leader is responsible for developing and delivering Environmental services across all HDR Business Communities and Operating Companies in the Region. This includes providing project delivery excellence, supporting project teams in resolving delivery challenges, and championing innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- 10 years experience in related field
- Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
- Works cooperatively with other business class regional directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
