Job Description
Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm, is seeking an Employee Benefits Regional Team Leader for our North Texas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in workflow strategy development, deployment and training, collaborating with Producers to oversee assigned team, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
