Job Description
As Assistant Local Manager, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies, while taking photos and providing guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
