Job Description
We are seeking Part-Time Floor Staff to join our team at Regal in Anchorage, AK. As a Floor Staff member, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting the Regal Crown Club program, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.

Requirements

  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member or progress towards completion required
  • Language Ability: Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
  • Math Ability: Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
  • Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems. Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take action beyond what is necessarily called for. Perform under pressure and/or opposition
