Job Description
Floor Staff team members are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, handling emergency situations, and maintaining the cleanliness of the theatre. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting the Regal Crown Club program, and up selling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience.

Requirements

  • Completion of cast certification program
  • Language skills: good public speaking, listening, and responding
  • Math skills: perform calculations with speed and accuracy
  • Reasoning skills: identify problems, gather data, and take action
  • Physical demands: stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, or hear
