Requirements

• Treats patients independently in an office setting
• Serves as a first assistant in the operating room
• Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits
• Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested
• Instructs patient and family regarding medications and treatment instructions
• Maintains and reviews patient’s records, charts and other pertinent information
• Participates in research projects and educational projects
• Performs related work as required
