Job Description
Nokia is seeking a Program Purchasing Specialist to manage related activities for purchase capabilities creation. This role involves maintenance risk management, Sourcing, Negotiation, and maintaining updated lists of suppliers and technologies. The position will include program material design, supplier selection, and support for lead-times and availability.

Requirements

  • Manage and execute related activities with the PuCC team.
  • Maintain risk management plan and manage risks for critical suppliers and materials.
  • Drive program material design review practice.
  • Drive Supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting for agreed category areas.
  • Ensure that materials for prototypes, ramp up and start of volume deliveries.
  • Ensure materials are transferred to volume production or no need for materials /assemblies.
  • Implement inbound logistics modes and PuCC handover from the program to the maintenance phase.
