Role OverviewThe NQM Operations Supervisor is responsible for creating and managing the operational processes for NQM Correspondent purchase and sales by building the infrastructure, documentation and workflow for controlled, efficient execution of processes.
What You Will Do
Builds and manages infrastructure for purchasing loans, manages purchases, tracks and manages collateral shipping, creates Selene boarding file and boarding documents, and assists in the execution and documentation of loan sales.

7+ years’ mortgage processing, documentation and/or operations experience, process design and implementation experience, and data management and reporting experience are required.
