Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner to work in the Peri Anesthesia department. The NPD Practitioner will use their expertise to improve the practice of nursing and other healthcare staff, and work under the supervision of a Clinical Education Professional Development (CEPD) Education Manager.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a related field within 3 years of hire
  • 3 years of directly related experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by Texas Board of Nursing Upon Hire
  • Certification in Nursing Professional Development within 1-1/2 Yrs
  • BLS Certification
