Job Description
NSI Industries is seeking highly motivated team members to join their winning team as a Pallet Builder. This position involves assembling wood pallets according to specifications and safety protocols, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role focuses on building and maintaining a high-quality environment for employees while adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Ensure implementation of company safety, health, and environmental programs.
  • Commitment to Company policies and procedures, and adherence to EH&S, EEO, discipline, and security.
  • Assemble wood pallets according to specifications and standards.
  • Use basic hand tools, saws, and nail guns.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday 40+ hours.
