Job Description
We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover the Atlanta, GA area. This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in GA
CCM, CRRN, COHN, or CDMS required
GA Rehabilitation Supplier required
Experience in workers compensation case management, preferred
