Participates in interview and selection process, uses individualized education plans, evaluates new clinician's performance, and provides on-site support and education.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in clinical field (RN, OT, PT, SLP) or related experience in Home Health field
- Licensed in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, 3 of which are recent home care required
- Teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and E-Learning modalities preferred
