Role OverviewProvides direct and indirect patient care in the hospital setting under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Communicates with the supervising Registered Nurse about changes in the patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
What You Will Do
Completes accurate patient assessments and treatments, reports pertinent findings, and takes appropriate action. Administers medications and treatments as ordered under the direct supervision of the registered nurse.

Must have successfully completed at least one hospital-based clinical rotation or must be within twelve (12) months of their first unsuccessful attempt at the NCLEX-RN examination. Requirements
- currently enrolled in an Associate, Baccalaureate or Diploma prelicensure nursing program of an approved nursing school or graduate of an undergraduate Associate, Baccalaureate or Diploma nursing program within twelve (12) months of their first unsuccessful attempt at the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) examination.
- Must have successfully completed at least one hospital-based clinical rotation or must be within twelve (12) months of their first unsuccessful attempt at the NCLEX-RN examination.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association to be obtained within 30 days from hire.
