Job Description
Provide leadership and clinical oversight as a Nurse Trainer, supervising Medical Coordinators, Individual Support Providers, and leading clinical setup for new support teams. Collaborate with Medical & Benefit Coordinators to ensure access to medical support and follow-up care.
Requirements
Licensure and certification: Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. DHS Registered Nurse Trainer (or eligibility to obtain) CPR/First Aid.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years as RN Experience with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
Logistics: Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
