Role OverviewCarlton Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct care to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care. This role involves administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive environment.
What You Will Do
Provide direct care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents' health conditions and vital signs, document changes, support Personal Service Plans, perform medical tasks like wound care and injections, supervise medication administration, respond to emergencies, and assist with activities of daily living.
