Role OverviewThe Nurse Manager - ENT Clinic will manage unit-based patient care services, including personnel and fiscal management, and develop programs and services. They will participate in department and hospital performance improvement activities and provide family-centered patient care based on scientific theory and outcome-focused.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include personnel management, comprehensive unit management, fiscal management, and participation in department and organization performance improvement activities. The Nurse Manager will also utilize the nursing process to develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for the patient/family.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree BSN required
- 1-2 years experience
- Licensed RN - Kansas, Registered Nurse Multistate License Kansas Missouri
- Specialty Certification relevant to unit's patient population (determined by Nurse Director) Required Upon Hire
