Job Description
Hennepin Healthcare is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for Radiology, Cath Lab, with additional nursing leadership support in the Heart & Vascular Service Line (HVSL). The Nurse Manager will provide leadership and implement the vision, mission, and core values of the organization, and nursing within their defined areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in nursing or related field
  • Three to five years of professional leadership experience
  • Five years clinical experience
  • Ability to effectively manage hospital resources
  • Ability to motivate employees and inspire positive change within department
  • Innovative thinker; Ability to contribute new ideas that support organizational goals
  • Skilled in managerial duties
  • High standard of ethics, discipline, and professionalism
  • Possession of a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State of Minnesota
