Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and caring Nurse Manager to oversee our residential programs in West Chester, PA. The successful candidate will have experience working in substance abuse and mental health, and will be responsible for ensuring consistency in adhering to Gaudenzia's treatment model, policies, and procedures.
What You Will Do
As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of counseling and education of clients on disease concepts of addiction, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, medication education, infectious diseases, and mental health. You will also oversee medical documentation, provide effective leadership to nursing staff, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited college or university's professional nursing program
- Current RN license in good standing for the applicable state
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience treating individuals with substance use, mental health, or other related disorders
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a charge nurse or supervising health care worker(s)
