Job Description
We are seeking an Intensive Care Unit RN Manager to conduct team huddles, oversee patient care plans, and provide mentorship to the ICU nursing team. The ICU RN Manager engages in problem-solving, addresses staff concerns, and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to address complex cases.
Requirements
Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse
BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current
Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience
Minimum of three years of continuous clinical experience in a clinical/acute care setting
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (AHA) upon hire and maintain current
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), required for all hires after 1/11/2021
