Requirements
- BS in Nursing or equivalent Bachelor's Degree
- Current NYS Registered Nurse License
- Technical skills in staff scheduling, performance evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, electronic health records (EHR), and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking, organizational skills, and a patient-centered focus
