Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant Nurse Manager will perform venous access procedures, administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, and develop individualized care plans for patients. They will also lead quality improvement initiatives, mentor and precept new staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.

Requirements
- Associate's of Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
- 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience
- 1+ nursing experience within the acute care setting
