Maintains oversight for care and services provided by long term care facilities acquired through the Minimum Payment Assistant Program (MPAP) and the Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP). Collects and analyzes nursing facilities clinical and non-clinical data for compliance to local, state and federal guidelines. Develops post-acute initiatives geared toward delivering quality care at lowered cost.
