Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients under physician collaboration, evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of New York (or eligible)
- National board certification required
- BLS/ACLS/DEA required
