Role OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner that specializes in Psych to service our patients in the Beaufort area. As a Provider, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care through telehealth. You are an integral part of the care team, collaborating with multiple healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management.
What You Will Do
Evaluate high-risk patients, coordinate care plans, and provide care management to improve patient outcomes. Conduct virtual patient visits from the comfort of your own home.

Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician with a valid license to practice in the state of employment
- Demonstrated experience in providing patient care, preferably in a home health, clinic, facility, telehealth, or specialty care setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate high-risk patients, develop care plans, and coordinate care activities to meet patient needs and improve outcomes
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting a culture of excellence in healthcare delivery
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills
