We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team and provide high-quality mental health support across Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Assisted Living (AL), and Independent Living (IL) communities.
What You Will Do
Conduct patient rounds and manage psychiatric care within SNF, LTC, AL, and IL settings. Collaborate with attending physicians, consulting specialists, referral sources, and facility staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active DEA license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
