Job Description
FEE FOR SERVICE: We are seeking an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN or NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our TruHealth team. As one of our providers, you will work with the aging population in nursing homes or assisted living communities, providing personalized health care and improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • APRN or PA license required
  • Degree from an accredited APRN or PA program
  • 3 years' experience in clinical nursing or rehab in geriatric populations and or Fee for Service experience
  • Electronic Health Records experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel
