Requirements
- Master's degree
- 1 year hospice or palliative care experience as an RN or NP
- Current unencumbered license in the State of Practice as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner
- Certification in a specialist area preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Computer proficiency in typing and various programs, including EMR
- CPR certification if required by state
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation
